Joe StankowichSenior Agency Sales Vice President

California Region & DAIS

Joe joined Networked in 2015 to build the San Francisco Bay Territory. With experience in the carrier and MGA worlds, Joe has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the independent broker or agent. His role enables him to face these issues alongside the agent and find ways to assist them in growing their business.  Building long lasting business relationships with agents is what Joe gets the most satisfaction from.

He has since taken on management responsibilities for three Territory Sales Managers providing leadership and guidance to newer members of the sales team. He leads the strategy and membership generation for our cluster, DAIS.

Outside of work, Joe is a dedicated family man and focuses on the joy of being a dad to his two young children.

Henry VillegasSenior Agency Sales Vice President

What we write there

With more than 25 years in the industry, Henry has led the charge for Networked's growth beyond its traditional western states footprint. Henry came to Networked in 2015 to develop Texas and grew both a new client base and book of business by building relationships.

In late 2019, he assumed a new role as Senior Sales Vice President with management responsibilities over additional expansion states.

Henry's favorite part of his role continues to be mentoring new independent agents which allows him to pass on some of the practical experiences from his career .

What we write there

A veteran to insurance having held both producer and underwriting roles in her career, Lora has a wealth of both standard lines and E&S experience. She can relate to the importance of providing proper coverage through a reputable carrier to a client. 

Lora joined Networked in late 2018 to grow a brand new Midwest Territory. She is motivated to help agents expand their business through partnering with APS and believes in solid, trust-based business relationship with affiliates.

Scott GrimmAgency Sales Vice President, SoCal East

Scott is a licensed insurance agent with experience writing both personal and commercial lines. He joined Networked in 2019 with the goal of helping agents reach their potential through service excellence and market access. His SoCal East territory includes LA (east of the 605), Riverside, San Bernadino, Orange County, Palm Desert, and San Diego.

Scott has served on agent councils for various carriers to provide and gain market insights.

Outside of Insurance he spends time coaching kids soccer and enjoys seeing them develop skills on and off the field. He also contributes his time to a local sustainable community called “The Eco Center” whose mission is to inspire a culture that gives more than it takes by creating gardens, resources, and community to make vibrant spaces out of vacant places.

Phyllis Hayes Agency Sales Vice President, SoCal West

Phyllis has extensive P&C insurance experience in previous roles in both corporate marketing and captive agent environments.

Phyllis joined Networked in 2015 to develop the SoCal West territory that includes San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Bakersfield, Ventura, and LA (west of the 605).

She most enjoys contributing to the evolution of an agent from when they are early in the partnership to when they see their year over year growth with APS. In addition, she continually looks for ways to move agents successfully along our continuum which offers direct access through sub codes as well as the opportunity to join the DAIS cluster group.

Bill Honsinger Agency Sales Vice President, New England

What we write there


Based in New York, Bill brings over 25 years of experience in both personal and commercial lines. During his career, Bill has gained knowledge from his work with both carriers and MGAs.

Bill is a licensed insurance and knows the challenges agents and brokers face in today’s environment. His SVP role allows him to help agents find solutions to their placement needs, which is what he enjoys most. That and working to bring APS and all of its benefits to agencies across New York and New England.

Bekki LaChapelle Agency Sales Vice President

Northern California & Northern Nevada
What we write there


Bekki began working in insurance in 2001 for a program agency in Stockton. She started her Networked career in 2007 as an account manager for commercial middle market accounts. This experience has provided her the tools to understand P&C agent needs.

In 2018, she was promoted to the SVP position for Northern California/Nevada which includes areas surrounding Redding, Chico, Napa, Sacramento, and greater Reno. 

A natural problem solver, Bekki is in tune to finding the best solutions to client questions, opportunities and concerns.  She holds both a CIC and CISR designation.

Kevin Madden Agency Sales Vice President, Florida

Florida

Based in Southern Florida, Kevin is an insurance industry veteran having worked up and down the East Coast. During his career, he established himself within high-profile carriers including Royal Globe, Chubb, Great American, AIG Private Client Group, and Nationwide Private Client.

Kevin joined Amwins in 2016 and transitioned to APS in 2021. Kevin appreciates growing relationships with retailers one account at a time. With the opportunity that exists in the Florida marketplace, he looks forward to expanding our presence among his established network and beyond.

Brandon McCarty Agency Sales Vice President, Mid Atlantic

Throughout more than a dozen years in the industry, Brandon's insurance experience includes time as as a personal lines and large commercial producer as well as on the agency management side. He is based in New Jersey.

He understands how the independent agency world continues to evolve and what market needs exist for agencies like yours.

Prior to insurance, Brandon is grateful to have seen most of the world traveling for his hockey career. Amwins is an exciting change and he looks forward to growing a brand new territory.

Chris McDuffyAgency Sales Vice President, Southeast

Chris's career has exposed him to many sides of the industry including as a captive agency owner, a property and casualty claims estimator, and a carrier sales manager.

With Amwins, Chris sees each day is an adventure working with a variety of agencies from those with a small but growing book to those looking to maximize agency revenue through DAIS. 

Chris holds an MBA in Marketing Management and is also licensed for P&C and Life/Health. Born and raised in coastal Georgia and he looks forward to establishing strong agent relationships across the Southeast U.S.

Christa Nassivera Agency Sales Vice President, Southwest

Christa has worked in insurance industry for nearly 14 years, in both preferred and non-standard markets.  Her broad experience covers customer service, agent/producer, and field sales giving her a well-positioned approach to the independent agency and Amwins Access relationship.  

Based in Arizona, Christa’s has high expectations to grow the Southwest Region.  She is enthusiastic about assisting agencies to find solutions in an ever changing marketplace.  

Christa enjoys building strong relationships with her agents and understands the unique evolving world of insurance while anticipating the challenges and rewards.
 

Michael WikstromAgency Sales Vice President, West

What we write there

Mike has spent more than 40 years in the industry beginning working in a family owned, independent, agency in Salt Lake City, After becoming an agency principal and sales roles with several carriers, Mike joined Networked/APS in 2011.  

Since then his responsibilities have grown beyond Utah to include additional territories, Pacific Northwest, the Rocky Mountains and Southern Nevada. A genuine people person, Mike enjoys helping agencies realize their full potential by utilizing APS as a valuable tool to help them grow and prosper.

Mike holds a CIC designation and was recently awarded  “Tenured Status” with the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
